The service is designed to collect structured intake information, create completed profile records, issue reusable SAI Numbers, and generate compatibility reports when two completed profiles are compared.

ShadchanAI helps turn surface-level profile or resume information into structured compatibility insight, including report outputs related to alignment, potential concerns, shidduch block status, confidence level, category summaries, detailed analysis, and practical discussion points.

We are not an online dating service, matchmaking service, introduction platform, referral service, public profile directory, searchable member database, or communication service between individuals.

We may collect the following categories of information:

We use information only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide, protect, maintain, and support the service.

ShadchanAI may use automated analytical systems, structured decision-support logic, and AI-assisted tools to process submitted information and generate compatibility report outputs.

These outputs are intended to support thoughtful shidduch review by identifying alignment, potential concerns, shidduch block status, confidence level, and areas that may need clarification.

ShadchanAI does not make personal life decisions for users, does not guarantee outcomes, and does not replace human judgment, references, rabbinic guidance, professional advice, or careful human evaluation.

Members may choose whether reports involving them are shared as full reports or as scores-only reports. With scores-only privacy selected, another person may see compatibility scores and a short summary, while written dimension findings, personality and pattern explanations, astrology and numerology explanations, and AI-generated narrative are withheld.

Written findings are not generated for a scores-only report until the member specifically approves the person requesting access. The approval is limited to that individual viewer and does not create general access to the member's information or report.

A member can approve or decline an access request through the platform and can revoke an approval later. Until approval is given, or if a request is declined, the requester continues to receive only the scores-only report output. We may process the request, approval, decline, and revocation records to operate these privacy controls and notify the people involved.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right, permission, or appropriate authorization to submit any profile, resume, SAI Number, personal information, or related material to the platform.

Users should not submit information about another person unless they are authorized to do so or have a lawful basis for submitting that information.

The guided intake may include personal, family, religious, relationship, lifestyle, emotional, preference-related, and other sensitive information because these areas can be relevant to shidduch compatibility review.

We aim to handle sensitive information carefully. Preference-related information and other sensitive areas may be summarized broadly in report outputs when appropriate, with a focus on practical compatibility rather than unnecessary personal detail.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the service
• Maintain profile, SAI Number, and comparison functionality
• Maintain compatibility report records where appropriate
• Comply with legal obligations
• Resolve disputes
• Enforce our policies
• Protect the platform and prevent misuse

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or de-identify it, subject to legal, operational, security, and recordkeeping requirements.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide.

Our website or platform may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services not controlled by us.

Our platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. It is not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18 through the public website.

If you believe information from a child under 18 has been provided to us in a manner not authorized by a parent or guardian, please contact us so we can review and address the issue.

The SMS messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions, provide support to customers, and communicate about user requests, account-related matters, intake-related matters, report-related matters, or service-related issues.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or consent information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
